What is the Return Policy at Phone Daddy?Updated a month ago

Welcome to Phone Daddy's Return Policy. We understand that shopping for electronics can sometimes come with uncertainties. That's why we've developed a clear and comprehensive return policy to provide you with peace of mind when making purchases from us. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our guidelines. 


  • Review Warranty Terms: Before proceeding, carefully review the terms and conditions of your warranty to ensure your situation is covered.
  • If the issue is covered by our warranty: We will first attempt to replace the faulty device with the same model. If a direct replacement is not available, a comparable device of equal value will be provided. In cases where a replacement is not feasible, we will refund the depreciated value of the original purchase price, based on the current market value and condition of the device. 
  • Phone Daddy offers a 30-day return policy and a 1-year warranty It begins on the date of purchase and lasts for one yearAs long as you are in your 30-day return window, we will take the item back; however, you will be responsible for return shipping.
  • If the item is returned during the 30-day return window due to a defect, a prepaid label will be issued by Phone Daddy’s customer service (see Phone Daddy Approval Section).
  • If Phone Daddy finds nothing wrong with the item after receiving it back, the customer will be charged for the prepaid return label.
  • The returned item and all accompanying accessories must be in the same condition as they were received. Any signs of wear, damage, or alterations to the item or its accessories (Phone Case, Pre-Installed Glass Screen Protector) may result in the application of a restocking fee or not refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all components included with the item are returned in their original condition.
  • All returns must be shipped with their accompanying order number, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).
  • For all defects and incorrect products, Phone Daddy will furnish a return shipping label (one return label per order). The return label will be dispatched to the original shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. However, customers are accountable for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit, as well as printing the labels, affixing them to the return, and delivering the return to the carrier. Whenever feasible, it is advisable to obtain documentation from the carrier confirming receipt of the package. If such documentation is obtained.
  • If the item is still under manufacturer warranty, the device must be taken to the manufacturer for defects.
  • Gifts, and promotional items, are not returnable or refundable
  • Original shipping services are non-refundable (if applicable).
  • Order Protection service is not eligible for return or refund. The purpose of these services is to provide coverage for lost, or stolen items during transit, ensuring that your package is protected throughout the shipping process.
  • Loss or Missing Items: If the device is stolen or misplaced, this will not be eligible for return.


Phone Daddy, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product sold. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Additional Conditions:
  • This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser.
  • The warranty period does not extend or renew upon receipt of a replacement product.
