Are there any charges for returns?Updated a month ago


At Phone Daddy, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. However, there are instances where returns may be necessary. 

We understand the importance of transparency regarding return charges, and we aim to clarify this process for your convenience.


  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges only if the return is not due to defects or if, after testing, results determine there is no malfunction on the device. All phones with malfunction issues will be provided a prepaid label valid for 30 days.
  • If Phone Daddy finds nothing wrong with the item once it is received and tested, the customer will be charged for the cost of the prepaid return label and a 25% restocking fee will apply after the 30-day return window (post-shipment). The returned item and all accompanying accessories must be in the same condition as they were received. Any signs of wear, damage, or alterations to the item or its accessories (Phone Case, Pre-Installed Glass Screen Protector) may result in the application of a restocking fee or not refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all components included with the item are returned in their original condition.
  • The restocking fee will NOT be applied if the item is sent back on the condition it was delivered only during the 30-day return window (post-shipment) It begins on the date of purchase and lasts for one year. However, if the item has been opened, used, or damaged (only in the case of brand-new or like-new phones), a 25% restocking fee will apply with an appropriate shipping fee.
  • Any shipment refusals, cancellations, or returns after the 30-day return window (post-shipment) will also be charged the 25% restocking and shipping fees.
  • Any prepaid return label issued by Phone Daddy is valid only for 30 days.
  • The refund only will be issued to the original payment used at the time of the transaction. To find out more about refunds visit us at Refund.
  • Order Protectionthe service is not eligible for return or refund. The purpose of orderprotection.com is to provide coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit, ensuring that you are protected throughout the shipping process.
  • Original shipping services are non-refundable (if applicable). 


Any additional charges or services incurred by the network carrier during activation will not be the responsibility of Phone Daddy. We recommend contacting your phone carrier for additional information and fees.

Phone Daddy, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product sold. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Additional Conditions:
  • This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser.
  • The warranty period does not extend or renew upon receipt of a replacement product.
