Our return process is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly, ensuring that you can quickly and easily return items that don't meet your expectations. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps on how to start a return, empowering you to take control and make the most of your shopping experience with Phone Daddy.


  • Review Warranty Terms: Before proceeding, carefully review the terms and conditions of your warranty to ensure your situation is covered.
  • You will need the Order number Information.
  • Click on this link to go to our return/exchange page.
  • Login to your Phone Daddy account.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions, select the item(s) you wish to return and provide details of the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines.

To start the non-wholesale return process of an order, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to our Submit a Returns page.

3. You will receive a verification code via email, enter the code to access your Phone Daddy account.

4. Select the order(s) you wish to return.

6. The reason for the return (If the correct reason is not available, simply select other and add the details in the Notes section)

7. Add Notes (Details) of the issue and IMEI number

8. Select Request return
