Our shipping policy for wholesale orders is designed to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for our valued wholesale customers. We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to provide reliable shipping services that meet your business needs. 


Wholesale Domestic Orders:

For orders placed through the wholesale channel (Online), the shipping cost will be displayed at the bottom of the checkout page. However, please note that this cost is subject to change based on the dimensions and weight of the package. It's important to emphasize that, as per our policy, all orders with wholesale pricing are typically subject to shipping charges

Wholesale International Orders:

We do ship worldwide. For more information please reach out to our wholesale department at [email protected].  


Additional Specifications:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday and generally exclude holidays and weekends. 
  • For orders placed after 1 P.M. CST., Delivery time will be calculated on the following business depending on the shipping carrier.
  • We'll also send you a tracking number once the payment process is completed after you place your order. So you'll be able to track your device and know when to expect it.
  • For 1 or 2 business days delivery, the duration may vary depending on the shipping carrier. For details about delays, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • If any change such as (Address change, agreeing to deliver the package to a specific placeholding the package at a shipping carrier access point, etc.) is made by the recipient during the transit directly at UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Phone Daddy will not be liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. 
  • If Order Protection was added to your purchase. Orderprotection.com will cover your order for every major issue that can occur during shipping. Your order will be protected against loss, damage, theft, wrong item, defective item, and missing items.
