Don't worry, our process is designed to handle any issue as easily as possible. If the device experiences malfunction or mechanical that occur under normal use conditions such as non-functioning volume buttons, camera, speaker, or microphone, it is covered by Phone Daddy’s 1-year warranty. It begins on the date of purchase and lasts for one year.
Process:
- Review Warranty Terms: Before proceeding, carefully review the terms and conditions of your warranty to ensure your situation is covered.
- Return Submission: To initiate a warranty claim, simply login to your Phone Daddy account and follow the on-screen instructions, select the item(s) you wish to return, and provide details of the reason for the return.
- Evaluation: Our experts will review the reported issue to determine if it falls under our warranty coverage. This may involve returning the device to us for inspection.
- Resolution: If the issue is covered by our warranty:
- We will first attempt to replace the faulty device with the same model.
- If a direct replacement is not available, a comparable device of equal value will be provided.
- In cases where a replacement is not feasible, we will refund the depreciated value of the original purchase price, based on the current market value and condition of the device.
- Contact Customer Service: If you believe your issue falls within the scope of the warranty coverage, contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Provide details about the problem you're experiencing and any relevant information, such as your purchase order or account holder name.
- Assessment of Eligibility: Our customer service team will assess the eligibility of your warranty claim based on the provided information. This may involve asking additional questions or requesting supporting information such as images or detailed descriptions.
Phone Daddy, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product sold. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
- This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser.
- The warranty period does not extend or renew upon receipt of a replacement product.
