Phone Daddy Wholesale Return PolicyUpdated 2 months ago


At Phone Daddy, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless experience for our wholesale partners. We understand that occasionally, returns are unavoidable due to various reasons, such as unexpected product malfunction. We aim to empower our partners with the necessary information and transparent procedures to facilitate efficient returns. 


  • Review Warranty Terms: Before proceeding, carefully review the terms and conditions of your warranty to ensure your situation is covered.
  • The item(s) MUST be returned within 30 days. This period begins on the date of purchase and lasts for 30 days. 
  • The Serial/IMEI number of the phone being returned to Phone Daddy MUST match the item we sold to you. Phone Daddy tracks each phone order’s serial and IMEI numbers to deliver the correct product. We do not accept returns for items that were not purchased from us and are not part of our inventory. In such cases, the customer is responsible for providing a shipping label for the return of the item(s). 
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. 
  • If the issue is covered by our warrantyWe will first attempt to replace the faulty device with the same model. If a direct replacement is not available, a comparable device of equal value will be provided. In cases where a replacement is not feasible, we will issue store credit for the depreciated value of the original purchase price, based on the current market value and condition of the device. 
  • If the item is still under manufacturer warranty, the device must be taken to the manufacturer for defects.
  • The Find My iPhone feature must be turned off, as well as the Apple ID, and disable the Passcode for Apple phones and tablets before you send the device back. If these features are not disabled or removed, the return will not be accepted. 
  • For Samsung and other Android phones, please disable the Passcode, Fingerprint ID/Face ID, and remove your Google/Samsung account. If these features are not disabled or removed, the return will not be accepted. 
  • Original shipping charges service and Order Protection are non-refundable (if applicable).
  • If the item is tampered with or altered when Phone Daddy receives it, the return will not be accepted, and the device will be sent back to you as-is.
  • Store credit and promotional items are not returnable or refundable.
  • A restocking fee may apply to certain returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount and will be communicated to you during the return process. 
  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or store credit. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. 
  • Any additional charges or services incurred by the network carrier during activation will not be the responsibility of Phone Daddy. We recommend contacting your phone carrier for additional information.


Phone Daddy will not provide a prepaid shipping label for returns due to the discounted prices offered. The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Phone Daddy at our Fulfillment Center. 

Once the return is received and validated, Phone Daddy will issue a refund, exchange replacement, or Store Credit. Refund or replacement can take up to 10 days for processing, while Store Credit only takes 2-3 Business Days.

By placing a wholesale order with Phone Daddy, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this wholesale return policy. Important: If the package is sent without prior RMA approval from Phone Daddy, the package will be refused and returned to the sender.
