How to Return an Item at Phone Daddy?Updated 5 months ago

Phone Daddy's wholesale warranty period is 30 days from the date of purchase. During this time, if you encounter any technical malfunctions with the device, such as a speaker or touch screen issues, you are eligible for a return. Additionally, if you find that the device is not compatible with your desired carrier, you may also return it within this 30-day period.

Please note that Phone Daddy will not provide a prepaid shipping label for returns due to the discounted prices offered. The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Phone Daddy at our Fulfillment Center. Please ensure that the package is addressed to:

Please kindly notify our RMA Department, by sending us an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name of the account holder
  • Name of your company (if applicable)
  • IMEI number(s) of the item(s) being returned
  • A detailed description of the issue with the device (in case of damage, please include pictures of the damage)
  • Tracking information for the return shipment
