How soon will I get my replacement, store credit, or refund?Updated 8 months ago
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will send you a confirmation email to let you know that we have received the product(s). Our team of experts at Phone Daddy will then carefully inspect the returned device(s) to ensure they meet our return policy conditions.
Please be aware that the inspection process may take up to 2-4 business days, depending on the number of items being returned. Once our team has inspected the returned item(s) and approved your refund, the processing time and method will vary based on your original payment method:
- For transactions made through Wire, Zelle, COD, or ACH methods, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the refund amount. This store credit can be redeemed towards any of our products at any time. To utilize the store credit, simply enter the code during the checkout process or present the voucher at the point of sale. The value of the store credit will then be deducted from the total cost of your purchase.
- Credit or Debit card: If you made the payment using a Credit or Debit card, the refund will automatically be processed to the original card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your account statement, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
- In the event of a replacement being requested, once the decision to issue a replacement has been made, it will take approximately 2 business days for our team to process and prepare the new device for shipment. After the processing is complete, the shipping carrier will take an additional 2 business days to deliver the replacement to your specified address.
Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays. Rest assured, we will do our best to ensure a smooth and timely replacement process for you.
