We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a return becomes necessary. To facilitate a seamless and transparent return process, we've outlined our policy regarding returnable items. Understanding which items are eligible for return can help you make informed decisions and ensure a smooth experience should the need arise.

Additionally, you can return a smart device that is not compatible with your carrier during the first 30-day period. 

 Phone Daddy’s One-year warranty Coverage:

  • Malfunctioning  Defects: If any hardware components, such as the display, camera, buttons, or speaker fail to function properly due to manufacturing defects, we will replace the device as necessary.
  • Software Issues: We provide support for software-related issues to ensure the proper functioning of your device. However, please note that software updates may not be covered under this warranty.

If the issue is covered by our warranty:

  • We will first attempt to replace the faulty device with the same model. 
  • If a direct replacement is not available, a comparable device of equal value will be provided. 
  • In cases where a replacement is not feasible, we will refund the depreciated value of the original purchase price, based on the current market value and condition of the device. 


  • Phone Daddy, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product sold. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
  • Order ProtectionThe service is not eligible for return or refund. The purpose of orderprotection.com is to provide coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit, ensuring that you are protected throughout the shipping process (if applicable). 
  • Specification: To avoid restocking fees, the returned item and all accompanying accessories must be in the same condition as they were received. Any signs of wear, damage, or alterations to the item or its accessories (Phone Case, Pre-Installed Glass Screen Protector) may result in the application of a restocking fee or not refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all components included with the item are returned in their original condition.
  • Original shipping services are non-refundable (if applicable). 
  • Any additional charges or services incurred by the network carrier during activation will not be the responsibility of Phone Daddy. We recommend contacting your phone carrier for additional information and fees.

Additional Conditions:
  • This warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser.
