We do apologize for the inconvenience, but on the off chance that this does occur, please consider the following:

  • If Order Protection was purchased with your order, please filed within the 30 days period after the package is marked delivered by the carrier, and report any issue directly to the Package Protection Company, you will find their contact information in your previous emails, or click on the File a claim button below.

  • If Order Protection was not purchased with your order, you can file a claim to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) within the 15 days period after the package is marked delivered by the carrier. Please note that by deselecting Order Protection on the checkout page, Phone Daddy cannot be held liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit. We strongly recommend that you consider keeping Order Protection enabled to ensure that your items are protected and secure during shipping. If possible report the issue directly to us at [email protected] to open a claim within 5 days once the package is marked delivered by the carrier.
