Where to Find Tiptop: Simply go to the checkout page and under Payment, select the Tiptop option.

Get an Estimate: Tiptop will prompt you to select the product you wish to trade in or skip the trade-in and proceed with payment plans. Tiptop will then provide an estimated trade-in value for your device based on details such as the device's age, model, functionality, and condition. After completing the product details, you will receive an instant trade-in offer that can be used towards your new purchase.

Submit Your Device: If you agree to the estimated value, you can proceed by shipping your device using a prepaid shipping label provided by Tiptop. Ensure the device is backed up and data-wiped before submission. Include any accessories if required.

Device Inspection: Once Tiptop receives the device, their technicians will inspect it to confirm its condition and functionality match the information provided. If the device's condition is as described, Tiptop will confirm the trade-in value. If discrepancies are found, you might receive a revised offer.

How will I be notified about the status of my trade-in?
