To start the return process, please begin by sending us an email at [email protected]

Please include the following details within your email.

• Your order number

• Name of the account holder

• Name of your company

• IMEI number (of the item(s) being returned)

• A detailed description of the issue (if the item is damaged, please attach pictures of the damage)

After your request is been approved, we will get back to you via email with the return label attached.

Once the return request is submitted, you will receive the return label via email on the following business day, also in the event of needing further details for the return we will contact you.
