How Do I Cancel an Order?Updated 7 days ago


Customers can easily cancel their order by sending an email request to our customer support department at [email protected]. You can also contact the support team via chat from Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-8:00 PM CST.

If you send an order cancellation email, please include the following details in the body of your email:


  1. Original Sales Order Number
  2. Your Name/Account
  3. Number/Contact Information
  4. Reason for Cancellation


Order cancellation requests must be within the first 24 hours of placing an order to reduce delay.

If the package is already in transit, we can request for it to be returned to our fulfillment center, but there is no guarantee that this will be possible. In addition, this type of request will incur fees as well.
